Avocado with Two Ports

Serves: 4


  • 50ml Gallo Porto Wine Vinegar
  • 50ml Gallo Reserve Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 500g Avocado
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste

Peel the avocados and scoop out the stone.
Place them in a bowl and crush them with a fork.
Season with olive oil, Gallo Porto Wine Vinegar, salt, and pepper.
Best served with toasted home-made bread or tortilla.
