A perfect fried egg

A perfect fried egg……a clear egg whites with no imperfections, a nice round yolk, soft and well centered in the egg. Imagine this egg garnishing your steak, or prepared for an everyday fried egg with bread. We eat with our eyes also!!

PREPARATION:
Place a non-stick frying pan on a low flame and add a thread of olive oil. Break open the egg, separating the yolk from the egg white. First, slowly pour the egg white into the frying pan so as not to spread too much and then carefully place the yolk in the middle.
Add a pinch of salt and some pepper from the mill.
Cook on a low flame and patiently wait for the egg white to be firm and the yolk to reach the right texture.
