Smoked Sausage Flavored Olive Oil

How to infuse olive oils A- A+


  • 250ml Gallo Olive Oil
  • 100g Smoked Sausage

Slowly heat the olive oil to 100°C, take off the stove and place the smoked sausage cut in small cubes  in the olive oil and let it cool completely. Put the mixture in a blender or blend with a handheld blender, then pass through a sieve and put into a jar.
