Rosemary Flavored Olive Oil

How to infuse olive oils A- A+

INGREDIENTS:

  • 250ml Gallo Olive Oil
  • 100g Fresh bunch of Rosemary

PREPARATION:
Slowly heat the olive oil to 100°C, take off the stove and place the Rosemary twigs  in the olive oil. Let it cool completely and take out the Rosemary twigs and put in a jar adding a fresh twig of Rosemary.
