Basil Flavored Olive Oil

How to infuse olive oils A- A+


  • 250ml Gallo Olive Oil
  • 1 Small Bunch of Fresh Basil

Slowly heat the olive oil to 100°C, take off the stove and place the basil in the olive oil. Let it cool completely.
Using a blender or a handheld blnder, blend the mixture completely and then pass the mixture through a fine sieve and store in a glass jar.

To make a Parsley Flavored Olive Oil use the same process as decribed above for Basil, replacing with Parsley.
