Spanish Potato Tortillas

Serves: 4


  • 6 Eggs
  • 200g Grated Potatoes
  • 75 ml Gallo Classic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

Grate the potatoes and then wash away the starch. Warm the Gallo Classic, and then sautée the potatoes until they are lightly browned.
Beat the eggs and then add to the potatoes. Let it solidify on a low flame, allowing the bottom side to brown.
Then serve, bottom-up, after slicing into 4 portions, with a salad, toast and orange juice.

The Gallo products that the Chef suggests for this recipe can be substituted by other Gallo varities of your preference. Experiment and share your incredible combinations!
