Small Pan of cooked Vegetables with a touch of Vinegar

Serves: 4


  • 600g 6 vegetables, choose from - aubergines, mushrooms, pumpkin, squash, onions, zucchinis, tomatoes
  • 1 un bay leaf
  • 1 dl Gallo Late Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 10ml Gallo White Wine vinegar
  • To taste * salt and pepper from the mill

Put all the vegetables, cut into pieces, in a pan.
Pour the Gallo Late Harvest Olive Oil over, add salt and pepper, and cook for about 25-30 minutes.
Once cooked pour on the Gallo White Wine Vinegar and serve very hot.

The Gallo products that the Chef suggests for this recipe can be substituted by other Gallo varities of your preference. Experiment and share your incredible combinations!
