Rice with Nuts

Serves: 4

INGREDIENTS:

  • 200g Long grain rice
  • 30g Chopped onions
  • 20g Pine nuts
  • 20g Raisins
  • 20g Almond kernel
  • 2dl Gallo First Crop 2016.2017
  • Saffron to taste
  • Salt to taste

PREPARATION:
Braise the onion with the saffron in Gallo First Crop 2016.2017.
Add the rice, nuts and raisins.
Add 0.5lt of hot water and season.
Cover the pot and cook slowly until the water evaporates.
Stir using a fork and serve in a bowl.
