Omelet with Julienne-cut Vegetables

INGREDIENTS:

  • 12 un eggs
  • 200g Julienne Cmixed vegetables (carrots, leeks, courgettes and mushrooms)
  • To taste * Parsley
  • 50ml Gallo Moonlight Harvest olive oil
  • To taste * Salt and Pepper from the mill

PREPARATION:
Sauté the julienne cut vegetables (carrots and leeks, 3 minutes before the rest of the vegetables)
Beat the eggs.
Make the omelet like the Chef - do not show the seam.
Before serving pour over the omelet the remaining Gallo Moonlight Harvest Olive Oil.

CHEF'S TIP:
An omelet is not a folded crepe, so one should not see the omelet seam and it should hav e a soft centre.
