Manioc Flour with Raisins and Nuts

INGREDIENTS:

  • 400g Manioc flour
  • 120g Raisins
  • 100g Chopped walnuts
  • 100g Chopped black prunes
  • 80g Chopped onions
  • 150ml Gallo First Crop 2017-2018
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

PREPARATION:
Braise the onions using Gallo First Crop 2017-2018.
Add the fruits and nuts, together with the manioc flour.
Mix until it becomes soft.
Serve.
