Fried Rice with Broccoli

Preparation Time: MEDIUM

Serves: 4

INGREDIENTS:

  • 240g Long Grain Rice
  • 200g Frozen Broccoli
  • 50ml Gallo Olive Oil
  • Garlic Cloves, to taste
  • 1 Cube Vegetable Stock

PREPARATION:
Heat up the vegetable stock and when boiling, cook the rice (about 12')
Heat the Gallo olive oil, fry the the sliced garlic cloves.
Add the broccoli cut into little pieces, sauté
Add the rice and sauté everything, the broccoli will be nearly irrecognizable.

CHEF'S TIP:
You can substitute the broccoli by another vegetable, or cooked beans.
