Yoghurt Sauce with Chives and Basil

Preparation Time: QUICK
Serves: 4


  • 250g Plain Greek Yoghurt
  • 20ml Gallo White Wine Vinegar
  • To taste, Chopped Chives
  • To taste, Basil

To taste, chopped chives with the Gallo vinegar and leave to macerate for about 15 minutes.
Fold into the Greek yoghurt and serve with the Basil cut into thin strips.

The Gallo products that the Chef suggests for this recipe can be substituted by other Gallo varities of your preference. Experiment and share your incredible combinations!
