Whole-wheat grissini with black olives

Serves: 8 to 10


  • 260g Wholemeal flour
  • 1 Teaspoon of salt
  • 2 Tablespoons of Gallo Extra Virgin Olive Oil Moonlight Harvest
  • 1cl Warm water
  • 50g Gallo in Natura Black Whole Olives

Mix the flour with the salt. Add the water and olive oil and mix everything well until have consistent dough.
Mince the Gallo Black Whole Olives and involve into the dough. Form some toothpicks as thick as a finger, rolling pieces of dough with hands.
Bake at 180°c in a greased baking tray for 10 to 15 minutes.
