Vinegary Onion Compote

Serves: 4

INGREDIENTS:

  • 200g Sliced onions
  • 40g Sugar
  • 0,5dl Gallo Cider Vinegar
  • Salt to taste

PREPARATION:
Stew the onions in olive oil in a pot.
Sprinkle with sugar and then vinegar.
Cover the pot and cook over a low heat until the onions are soft.

CHEF'S TIP:
Perfect to serve over cheese or with a grilled steak.
