Veal and Mushroom Pie

Serves: 4


  • 250g Veal
  • 200g Puff pastry
  • 100g Mushrooms
  • 1.5dl Gallo Classic Olive Oil
  • 75g Flour
  • 1 Egg Yolk
  • 100g Chopped onion and leeks

Braise the meat in Gallo Classic Olive Oil with the onion and leeks.
When the meat is almost fully braised, add the mushrooms chopped into pieces and sprinkle some flour over the mixture.
Place puff pastry into pie trays, stuff with the minced meat and mushrooms, cover, brush with egg yolk and bake in a hot oven (+- 200ยบ) until golden.
Serve with cherry tomatoes seasoned with Gallo Classic Olive Oil and rock salt.
