Tiger Shrimp with Garlic and Olive Oil

  • 100ml Gallo First Crop 2018-2019
  • Gallo Piri-Piri, to taste
  • 1kg Medium tiger shrimp
  • 25g Cloves of garlic
  • Salt, to taste

Peel the shrimp and leave the head and tail. Heat up the Gallo First Crop 2018-2019 and crushed cloves of garlic, then fry the shrimp on both sides after it has been seasoned with salt and Gallo Piri-Piri at your taste. As soon as the shrimp is ready, place it on a tray and pour the sauce on top.

Serve with toasted bread and lemon wedges.
