Tacos with Mango Chutney

Preparation Time: MEDIUM
Serves: 4


  • 1 package tacos
  • 400g Mango
  • 1dl White Balsamic Gallo Vinegar
  • 1un Hot Chilli
  • 100g Sugar
  • To taste: Fresh Basil
  • To taste: Salt

Peel and slice the mango.
Open the hot chilli and take out the seeds.
In a pan, put the sliced mango, the sugar, the Gallo vinegar and the chopped hot chilli
Put a lid on the pan and then cook for 15 minutes.
With a fork mash the mixture and then add the chopped basil.
Adjust the seasoning and let the mixture cool down.
Cut the tacos into triangles and toast in the oven.

The Gallo products that the Chef suggests for this recipe can be substituted by other Gallo varities of your preference. Experiment and share your incredible combinations!
