Stuffed Eggs

Serves: 1


  • 1 Boiled egg
  • 75g Canned tuna
  • 2 Eggs
  • 50g Flour
  • 50g Breadcrumbs
  • 5g Parsley
  • 30ml Gallo Olive Oil

Drain the tuna.
Cut the egg in half, lengthwise and remove the yolk.
Mix the boiled egg with the drained tuna to create a thick paste.
Place this paste where the yolk would be.
Rub the stuffed egg in the flour, beaten eggs and breadcrumbs.
Deep-fry using Gallo Olive Oil until you obtain the desired color.
Garnish with chopped parsley. Can be served hot or cold.

In this case, Gallo Olive Oil was selected for economic reasons, as the quantity of olive oil used is greater (deep-frying).

The Gallo products that the Chef suggests for this recipe can be substituted by other Gallo varities of your preference. Experiment and share your incredible combinations!
