Simple Rock Salt or "Fleur de Sel" in Olive Oil

INGREDIENTS:
• 2dl Gallo First Crop Olive Oil
• 5g 'Fleur de Sel' or Rock Salt
• Slices of Brown Bread

PREPARATION:
Maintain the Gallo First Crop Olive Oil at room temperature, heating slightly, if possible.
Moisten the slices of brown bread in the Gallo First Crop Olive Oil, and then sprinkle the salt.
