Simple Pink Peppercorns with Olive Oil

Serves: 4

INGREDIENTS:
• 2dl Gallo First Crop Olive Oil
• 5g Pink peppercorns
• 4 slices of Mafra-style bread

PREPARATION:
Maintain the Gallo First Crop Olive Oil at room temperature, heating slightly  if possible.
Add the grains of pink peppercorn, partially cracked and infuse for about 2-3 hours so that the flavor is more intense.
Moisten the slices of bread with the flavored Gallo First Crop Olive Oil.

CHEF'S TIP:
The Quail egg can be poached instead of cooked.
