Simple Lemon and Orange in Olive Oil

Serves: 4

• 2dl Gallo First Crop Olive Oil
• 10g + 10g Lemon and Orange Peel
• 4 slices of Corn Bread

Maintain the Gallo First Crop Olive Oil at room temperature, heating slightly, if possible.
Cut the lemon into wedges. Remove the lemon and orange peel and cut into thin strips (julienne).
Add to the Gallo First Crop Olive Oil some lemon and orange juice, as well as the thin strips of peel of both fruit.
Sprinkle the warmed-up slices of corn bread with the flavored Gallo First Crop Olive Oil.
