Simple Fresh Rosemary in Olive Oil

INGREDIENTS:
• 2dl Gallo First Crop Olive Oil
• 10g Fresh Rosemary
• 4 slices Transmontana Meatloaf

PREPARATION:
Maintain the Gallo First Crop Olive Oil at room temperature, heating slightly, if possible.
Add the Rosemary in small pieces and let infuse for as long as possible, that way the olive oil is properly flavored.
Then sprinkle the slice of meatloaf with the flavored olive oil.
