Simple Fresh Ginger Slices in Olive Oil

Preparation Time: QUICK
Serves: 4

• 2dl Gallo First Crop Olive Oil
• 20g Fresh Ginger
• 10g Yellow or Brown Sugar
• 5g Fresh Rosemary

Maintain the Gallo First Crop Olive Oil at room temperature, heating slightly, if possible.
Cut the ginger into thin slices and then cover with sugar and put in the oven to grill (if you have a kitchen blowtorch you can caramelize the sugar directly)
Serve the Gallo First Crop Olive Oil with the slices of caralized ginger and the twig of Rosermary
