Simple Cinnamon Sticks in Olive Oil

• 2dl Gallo First Crop Olive Oil
• 3 Cinnamon sticks
• 4 slices Alentejano Bread

Maintain the Gallo First Crop Olive Oil at room temperature, heating slightly, if possible.
Put the cinnamon stick in the olive oil and infuse for as long as possible, so that the cinnamon flavor is properly transferred to the olive oil.
Moisten the slices of bread in the flavored olive oil, adding some cinnamon powder to enhance the cinnamon taste.
