Ricotta Cream with Granola and Lemon Vinegar

Serves: 4

INGREDIENTS:

  • 300g Ricotta cheese
  • 50ml Gallo Lemon Vinegar
  • 125g Red berries granola
  • 50g Honey
  • Mint leaves to taste

PREPARATION:
Mix the ricotta cheese with the Gallo Lemon Vinegar.
Mould into small balls and roll over the crushed granola.
Drizzle some honey and serve fresh, sprinkled with chopped mint.

CHEF'S TIP:
Can be served as a starter with a rocket salad.
