Portuguese Style "Pica Pau" with Pork Meat

  • 100g Pork loin
  • 25g Pickles
  • 5g Parsley
  • 25ml Gallo Olive Oil
  • 200ml Beer
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Cut the meat into thin strips and season with salt and ground pepper.
Heat the Gallo Olive Oil and fry the meat, adding the beer.
Cut the pickles into small pieces, add to the meat and stir.
Serve garnished with chopped parsley.

Gallo Olive Oil is the most suited because this dish has the intense flavor of the meat and pickles and the olive oil will serve to envelop and heighten the flavor of the ingredients and not interfere with the dish's flavor.
