Padron Peppers … some are Hot and Spicy others aren't

Serves: 4


  • 200g Padron Peppers
  • To taste * Garlic cloves
  • 1 dl Gallo Late Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • To taste * Salt (fleur de sel) and Pepper from the mill

Heat up the Gallo Late Harvest Olive Oil and fry the garlic cloves.
Add the Padron Peppers and fry.
When ready put on serving dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper from the mill.

As the name of the recipe indicates some are hot others are not, If you get a hot one, sing!!

The Gallo products that the Chef suggests for this recipe can be substituted by other Gallo varities of your preference. Experiment and share your incredible combinations!
