Italian Skewers

Serves: 16 skewers


  • 1 Block (aprox.225g) of goat cheese 
  • 8 Salami slices
  • 4 Prosciutto slices cut in half
  • 1 Jar of Gallo in Natura Green Pitted Olives
  • 16 Skewers

Cut the cheese evenly into 16 cubes. Wrap salami and prosciutto. Thread cubes, salami or prosciutto wraps and olives alternatively on skewers. Place skewers in a serving dish and delight yourself!

The Gallo products that the Chef suggests for this recipe can be substituted by other Gallo varities of your preference. Experiment and share your incredible combinations!
