Green Smoothie

Starters and Tidbits A- A+

Preparation Time: QUICK
Serves: 3 cups of aprox.225g or 2 cups of aprox.340g


  • 1 Apple
  • 1 Cucumber (10 cm piece)
  • 1 Cup of water
  • 1-2 Tablespoons of chia seeds
  • 2 Big handfuls of baby spinach
  • 1-2 Tablespoons of lemon juice, to taste
  • 1 Cup of ice cubs (optional)
  • Q.B. Gallo in Natura Green Pitted Olives

Core the apple and cut it into large chunks.
Peel the cucumber and cut it into chunks.
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
Chop Gallo Green Pitted Olives to serve them as topping.
Divide between the glasses, add some olives as topping.
