Goat's Cheese au gratin Toasts with three-colour Salad

Serves: 4

INGREDIENTES:

  • 300g Goat's cheese (stick)
  • 5 Slices of toasted bread
  • 100g Prunes
  • 1dl Gallo Moonlight Crop Olive Oil
  • 200g Lolla rossa and green lettuce
  • 100g Grated carrot

PREPARATION:
Cut the cheese into thick slices.
Mix the lettuces with the grated carrot and season with Gallo Moonlight Crop Olive Oil.
Toast the sliced breads and cut one of them into small squares.
Place the goat's cheese slices in the oven until golden.
Drizzle the bread with Gallo Moonlight Crop Olive Oil, in a line, and place the goat's cheese au gratin on the bread, add pitted prunes.
Serve with the salad.
