Goat's Cheese au gratin, green Salad and White Balsamic Vinaigrette Skewer

Serves: 4


  • 280g Goat's cheese (stick)
  • 100g Rye baguette (thick slices)
  • 150g Green salad
  • 20g Honey
  • 2dl Gallo Reserve Olive Oil
  • 60ml Gallo Modena Balsamic Vinegar

Cut the cheese into thick slices.
Toast the bread in the oven.
Drizzle the honey over the goat's cheese.
Place the goat's cheese slices in a hot oven.
Make skewers with the salad.
Mix the Gallo Reserve Olive Oil with the Gallo Balsamic Vinegar.
Season the lettuce "skewer", place the cheese au gratin on the bread and serve hot or cold.
