Garlic Bread and Herb infused Olive Oil

Preparation Time: QUICK
Serves: 4


  • 2 Baguette
  • 10g Garlic
  • 2dl Gallo Reserve Olive Oil
  • Oregano to taste

Heat the Gallo Reserve Olive Oil and lightly fry the garlic in it.
Blend and add the oregano.
Score the baguette, drizzle the garlic on top and bake in the oven until toasted.

The Gallo products that the Chef suggests for this recipe can be substituted by other Gallo varities of your preference. Experiment and share your incredible combinations!
