Cream Cheese and Pumpkin, baked with Cinnamon flavoured Olive Oil

Serves: 4


  • 1 un Sheep's Cream Cheese
  • 200g Pumpkin
  • 1 dl Gallo Moonlight Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 100g Honey
  • 3 un Cinnamon Sticks

Heat the Gallo Moonlight Harvest Olive Oil to 100ºC and immerse the cinnamon sticks and let cool.
Brush the pumpkin with the cinnamon flavored olive oil and honey. Then put in the oven to roast at 180ºC until soft.
Serve with the scoops of cream cheese with honey and and cinnamon flavored olive oil.
