Chorizo and Bacon Pizza, served with a mixed greens Salad and smoked Meat-infused Mayonnaise

  • 2 Fresh pizza pastry
  • 125g Chorizo
  • 125g Lean bacon
  • 2 Eggs
  • 4dl Gallo Reserve Olive Oil
  • Lime juice to taste
  • Mustard to taste

Prepare the garlic smoked meat mayonnaise by placing the following ingredients in a blending cup (handheld blender): smoked meat-infused olive oil, mustard and lime juice. "Sink" the handheld blender in this mixture, switch on until the desired consistency is obtained.
Cover the pizza pastry base with the mayonnaise and place fine slices of chorizo and thin strips of bacon on top.
Bake in a hot oven, 200ยบ.
Serve with a mixed green salad and the smoky mayonnaise.

The mayonnaise should be consumed within 24 hours and stored in the fridge.
