Cherry Tomato and Quail Eggs in a Bowl

  • 75g Cherry tomatoes
  • 50g Quail eggs
  • 3g Basil
  • 25ml Gallo Classic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 10ml Gallo Balsamic Vinegar
  • Salt to taste

Mix the cherry tomatoes with the boiled quail eggs.
Add the Gallo Classic Olive Oil, the Gallo Balsamic Vinegar and the chopped basil.
Place in a bowl with the seasoning and sprinkle rock salt over the bowl.

Quail eggs call for strong seasoning with defined flavors and a strong identity. This part is guaranteed when we combine the Gallo Classic Olive Oil with the Gallo Balsamic Vinegar, as even though this is an intense flavored vinegar, the olive oil still stands out.
