  • 125g Various Breads cut into strips
  • 75ml Gallo Special Selection Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 15ml Gallo Balsamic Vinegar

Put the Gallo olive oil in the dip bowl and add big drops of the Gallo Balsamic Vinegar. Dip the bread in this mixture.

The Gallo products that the Chef suggests for this recipe can be substituted by other Gallo varities of your preference. Experiment and share your incredible combinations!
