Beef "Pica Pau"

Preparation Time: MEDIUM
Serves: 4


  • 360g Sirloin steak
  • 5g Garlic
  • 1dl Gallo Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 50g Pickles
  • 1dl White Wine
  • Salt to taste
  • Gallo Piri-Piri to taste

Dice the meat into small pieces and season with salt.
Fry in hot olive oil, together with the chopped garlic.
Add white wine and finish off with sliced pickles and Gallo Piri-Piri.
