Avocado Paste with Balsamic Vinegar

Serves: 4


  • 200g Avocados
  • 1dl Gallo Balsamic Vinegar
  • 20g Red onions
  • 50g Plum tomatoes
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Peel the avocado and remove the seed.
Place the avocado and the balsamic vinegar in a blending cup and blend well.
Place in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
Add the chopped onions and diced tomatoes.
Serve with small slices of tasted bread.
