  • 1 Baguette
  • 100g Spicy sausage
  • 100g Goat's cheese
  • 25ml Gallo Moon Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Oregano

Slice the bread in half, lengthwise and cut the spicy sausage into very small pieces.
Cover the bread with the goat's cheese, sliced and the spicy sausage pieces.
Bake in a pre-heated oven until the cheese starts melting and the spicy sausage starts oozing fat.
Drizzle Gallo Moon Harvest Olive Oil on top, sprinkle with oregano and serve hot.
