Varied Lettuce leaves on skewers/sticks with Balsamic Gallo Vinegar

INGREDIENTS:

  • 150g Mixed Varieties Lettuce leaves
  • 200g Plum Tomatoes
  • 150g Red Onions
  • 3dl Classic Gallo Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1dl Modena Balsamic Gallo Vinegar

PREPARATION:
Peel and cut the onion into small pieces and the tomatoes into wedges without seeds.
Put the pieces onto the skewers/sticks in the following order - onions, tomatoes and lettuce leaves.
Serve with the Gallo Olive Oil, mixed with the Gallo Balsamic vinegar.

The Gallo products that the Chef suggests for this recipe can be substituted by other Gallo varities of your preference. Experiment and share your incredible combinations!
