Summer Salad

Preparation Time: MEDIUM
Serves: 4


  • 1 Package Fresh Puff Pastry (usually about 200g)
  • 200g Avocado Pears
  • 250g Mixed Varieties of Lettuce
  • 125g Green Apples
  • 10ml Gallo White Wine Vinegar
  • 100g Mango
  • 100g Tomato
  • 1dl Gallo Classic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Brush the baking tray or Pyrex with Gallo Classic olive oil.
Place the Puff Pastry in the baking tray and put in the pre-heated oven at 220ÂșC and bake until the puff pastry is the right color (usually about 20 to 30 minutes).
In the meantime mix carefully all the ingredients.
When the pastry is ready, take out of the baking tray and let it cool off.
Put all the ingredients onto the puff pastry when completely cold and then season with the Gallo Classic olive oil and the Gallo vinegar.
