Mussel Salad with Lemon

Preparation Time: MEDIUM
Serves: 4


  • 250g Frozen mussels, without their shells
  • 30g Onions
  • 30g Plum tomatoes
  • 10g Garlic
  • 1dl Gallo Olive Oil
  • 0,5dl Lemon Vinegar
  • 150g Mixed lettuce leaves
  • Parsley to taste

Boil the mussels and cool down immediately.
Place the chopped onions and garlic in a bowl, add the diced tomatoes and mix in the mussels.
Season with olive oil, lemon vinegar and chopped parsley.
Serve over the lettuce leaves and use all of the dressing.
