Mixed Leaf Salad with Chicken Strips and Orange Slices

Serves: 1


  • 100g Mixed leaves (watercress, rocket, red lettuce, lettuce and spinach)
  • 10ml Balsamic sauce
  • 10ml Basil infused olive oil
  • 25g Orange slices
  • 50g Boiled chicken breasts
  • Salt to taste

Cut the boiled chicken breasts into strips.
Mix all the leaves and cover with the orange slices and the chicken strips.
Season with salt and serve with the balsamic sauce and the basil infused olive oil.
