Preparation Time: QUICK
Serves: 4


For the Mayonnaise sauce:

  • 1 Egg
  • 10ml Lemon juice
  • 200ml Gallo First Crop 2017-2018
  • Salt to taste

For the Mayonnaise:

  • 400g Cooked vegetable macedonia
  • 2 Flavourless gelatin sheets (optional, to maintain the dish's shape)

For the Mayonnaise sauce:
Place the egg in a blending cup.
Add the lemon juice and a sprinkle of salt.
Mix using a hand blender.
Drizzle the Gallo First Crop 2017-2018 while mixing with the hand blender, until creamy.
Set aside.

For the Mayonnaise:
Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water until they are hydrated.
Strain and put in the microwave until they dissolve.
Add to the mayonnaise sauce, together with the vegetable macedonia.
Place in a bowl and chill for 1 hour.
Remove from the bowl and serve.
