Dish of Grilled Vegetables, or warm salad

Serves: 4


  • 100g corn from the cob
  • 125g Zucchini (Sliced)
  • 100g Button Mushrooms
  • 125g Aubergines (Sliced)
  • 100g Green Fresh Asparagus
  • 150g Ripe Tomato
  • 1.5dl Gallo Special Selection Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Oregan, to taste
  • Rock Salt, to taste

Grill all the vegetables.
Heat up the Gallo Special Selection olive oil to 100ÂșC. Take off the burner and add the oregans.
Brush the vegetables while grilling with this olive oil. Put the rest of this aromatised olive oil in a small bowl for serving later. The grilled vegetables can be served as a warm salad, or as a side dish.

The Gallo products that the Chef suggests for this recipe can be substituted by other Gallo varities of your preference. Experiment and share your incredible combinations!
