Cod Roe Salad with Mixed Varieties of Lettuce

Serves: 4


  • 400g Cod Roes
  • 200g Various Types Lettuce
  • 50g Diced Onions
  • 1dl Gallo Classic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Chopped Fresh Parsley, to taste
  • Lemon Juice, to taste

Cook the cod roes in water and salt, with a few drops of Gallo Classic olive oil.
Let it cool off in the water.
Slice the roes and place on the dish with the varied lettuce leaves.
Sprinkle with the diced onions and chopped parsley, season with the mixture of Gallo Classic olive oil and lemon juice.

Other types of fish roe can be used. This salad can be served with the roe still warm.

The Gallo products that the Chef suggests for this recipe can be substituted by other Gallo varities of your preference. Experiment and share your incredible combinations!
