Chickpea Burguer with Rocket Salad and Fruits of the Forest Sauce

Serves: 1


  • 125g Boiled chickpeas
  • 75g Rocket
  • 15ml Fruits of the forest sauce
  • 10ml Gallo Classic Olive Oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 5g Chopped parsley

Mash the chickpeas using a fork until it is a thick paste.
Mix with the chopped parsley and ground pepper.
Mould into a burger and gently fry in an anti-stick frying pan with Gallo Classic Olive Oil.
Serve with rocket salad with fruits of the forest sauce.
