Warm penne Salad with Anchovies

Serves: 4


  • 250g Penne pasta
  • 100g Canned anchovy filets in olive oil
  • 2dl Tomato sauce
  • 50ml Gallo Classic Extra Virgen Olive Oil
  • Rose pepper to taste
  • Lemon thyme to taste

Boil the pasta in water seasoned with the olive oil from the canned anchovies. Drain and set aside.
Gently heat up the tomato sauce.
Place the penne on a pasta dish, add the tomato sauce and place the anchovy filets over the top.
Decorate with rose pepper and lemon thyme.
Serve warm.
