Wrap, with raw carrots and spinach leaves

  • 250g Flour
  • 125g Warm water
  • 30ml Gallo Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 125g Sliced cooked ham
  • 150g Sliced Cheese
  • 100g Carrots
  • 50g Spinach leaves

In a bowl place the flour and make a hole in the center to put the Gallo Extra Virgin olive oil.
Add the salt and knead well, adding the water gradually.
Make a ball with the dough and let rest for 30 minutes, covering the bowl with a cloth.
Sprinkle flour on your work counter and then stretch the dough with a roller, and then cut into circles.
Place these circles, one by one in an anti-stick frying pan until they are golden.
Then place on top of the golden circles the spinach leaves and then slices of ham and cheese.
Serve in a roller format, adding carrot sticks and drizzle with Gallo Extra Virgin olive oil.
