Turkey Stuffed with Bread Sausage and Roast Vegetables

  • 500g Turkey Breast (whole)
  • 1 Bread Sausage
  • 100g Pistacho kernels
  • 2dl Gallo Suave Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 orange
  • 400g Vegetables (Asparagus, Onions, Pimentos, Aubergines, Courgettes)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Oregano, to taste

Pre-heat oven to 180ÂșC. Open the turkey breast in half and cut the sides so that it becomes rectangular. Keep the cuttings. Take off the casing of the bread sausage and put into the mincer, add the turkey cuttings and mince until it becomes a smooth paste. Add the pistacho kernels. Spread the paste over the turkey meat, roll it up and tie with cooking thread. Marinate in salt, Gallo Suave olive oil and orange juice. Wash and cut the vegetabloes, put on a tray and season with salt, pepper and oregano.

Put the turkey breast and the vegetables in the oven for about 25 minutes, once ready take out of the oven and let the meat rest for a while before slicing. Serve with the vegetables.
